Terms of Service — Website & Waitlist
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DUM360 marketing website and its waitlist sign-up, operated by BALAJI IT SOLUTIONS (a sole proprietorship, MSME-registered in India), which operates the DUM360 project (“DUM360”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in India.
Important scope note. These Terms cover only this website and the waitlist. They do not cover the DUM360 compute platform (the node app, provider/client dashboards, payouts, or running compute workloads). That platform is not yet open to the public and will have its own separate terms and agreements before you can use it. Nothing here grants you access to, or rights in, that platform.
By using the Site or submitting the sign-up form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is — and what it is not
The Site is informational and lets you register interest in DUM360 by joining a waitlist.
Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only. It is not:
- a binding contract between you and DUM360;
- a guarantee that you will be selected, onboarded, or able to participate in DUM360 in any capacity (as a provider, partner, client, contributor, or otherwise);
- an offer, promise, or guarantee of any payment, earnings, income, credits, revenue-share, compute capacity, pricing, partnership, pilot, or other benefit; or
- the creation of any employment, contractor, agency, or partnership relationship.
We may contact you about DUM360, but we are under no obligation to offer you anything, and either of us may walk away at any time. Any actual participation in DUM360 will be governed by separate terms you would agree to later.
3. Forward-looking statements & accuracy disclaimer (please read)
DUM360 is an early-stage project. The Site describes a vision, plans, designs, and goals — much of which is not yet built or operational.
- Targets and illustrations, not promises. Any figures on the Site about compute capacity, performance/throughput (e.g. exaFLOP/s), benchmarks, cost savings, number of nodes, earnings, or comparisons are forward-looking targets, bottom-up order-of-magnitude estimates, or illustrative examples — not measured results, guarantees, or forecasts. Estimates are clearly labelled where used and are explained in our published compute benchmark. Actual results may differ materially.
- Features may change or not ship. Described features, phases, rollout timelines, and the “Rashtra Seva” emergency mode are plans/designs; the emergency mode in particular is a designed protocol that is not operational today and whose governance is still being developed with relevant authorities. Nothing on the Site implies any such system is currently running.
- No reliance. You should not make any decision, investment, or commitment in reliance on forward-looking statements on the Site.
- Illustrative names. Any third-party names (e.g. cloud providers, institutions) mentioned as examples are illustrative and do not assert an existing partnership unless we expressly state one exists.
We try to keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authority;
- use the Site or sign-up form for spam, automated scraping, or bulk/bot submissions;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its data, or its infrastructure, or to disrupt or overload it;
- introduce malware or attempt to interfere with security or anti-abuse measures;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law; or
- infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
We may refuse, remove, or suspend any sign-up or access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, copy, graphics, the DUM360 name and logo, the mesh visualisation, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to DUM360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may view and share the Site for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us (e.g. a free-text message describing your workload), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of following up with you and operating the waitlist, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g. our code repository, partner or processor sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Site relies on third-party infrastructure (e.g. Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics). Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site and the waitlist is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, where it is stored (sign-up data in Firestore Mumbai, India), and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please read it.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DUM360 and its founders, team, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated benefits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the waitlist, or your reliance on any content (including forward-looking statements).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUM360, its founders, team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, give notice. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
